18 Year Old Traditional Balsamic


Aged for 18 years in Modena Italy, this is The Olive Branch's #1 selling balsamic vinegar. Wonderful on meats, vegetables, salads, and fruit! Make an easy Caprese Salad using diced tomatoes, cubed mozarella, a little bit of basil, and our Traditional Balsamic drizzled over the top and toss. Easy, healthy, and wonderful! Put a tablespoon on each side of a steak and grill. You'll find a nice, sweet demi-glaze on your meat and it tastes wonderful! Simply add to any salad as a dressing. It's great on its own, there isn't even a need to add an oil. Although, any one of our EVOO's are fabulous mixed with Traditional Balsamic.
